Taming the Wind

They didn't even have to say it aloud. I knew what they were thinking; I always know what people are thinking:
"It's the creepy kid, go away."
"Ivan, just stay at home this time."
"Ivan, me and Isaac will handle this."
"Ivan, Mia will heal this more efficiently."
"Ivan, you're not strong enough."

I was the strongest Adept of us all. I could cast more powerful Psynergy than Sheba, sooner. I could burn things just as well as Jenna and Garet. I could move far away objects without lifting a finger faster and more accurately than Mia and Piers. Isaac and Felix moved the earth? I moved the heavens.

This world will not be saved by the light of the Golden Sun. Neither is it in flame that this world will be saved, nor in water, nor on earth.

It will be in the wind.
